W. Thomas Badcock is the Director of Parks, Recreation & Social Services for Old Bridge Township, and has served in that capacity for 18 years. He has 26 years of experience in Municipal Parks and Recreation. Previously, he served as Parks and Recreation Director in Bridgewater Township. Tom gained a B.S. degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He was named New Jersey Recreation and Parks Association Administrator of the Year in 1996. Two of Old Bridge Township's Park projects have garnered state recognition for design excellence during his tenure.
