Planning Department
This planning division processes applications for developments and variances. It is responsibile for maintaining current application files in addition to keeping minutes and records of all planning board and zoning board proceedings all for public viewing. The Planning Department maintains the Master Plan, Land Development Ordinance, Zoning map and administrative files in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law. It also administers escrow accounts for review of development applications, in addition to preparing and planning reports and reviews for the boards. |
