The Township of Old Bridge is seeking a full time Tax Collector, CTC required. Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a municipal tax environment. $145 million dollar levy and 21,000 line items. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Knowledge of First Byte preferred. RESUMES – REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

POSITION AVAILABLE

The Township Council of the Township of Old Bridge is seeking resumes of individuals who are interested in serving as a member on the Redevelopment Agency. This is a volunteer/non-paid position. The Redevelopment Agency meets once a month on the 4^th Tuesday of the month.

The Redevelopment Agency has an opening for one (1) class “B” member, who is a resident of the township. Said term is five years from date of appointment.

A redevelopment plan includes an outline for the planning, development, redevelopment, or rehabilitation of a project area, provisions for affordable housing, etc.

EXERCISE INSTRUCTOR

The Old Bridge Parks and Recreation Department is currently looking for an instructor for its youth tumbling and cheerleading classes. This part-time position will meet 2x per week.

JUVENILE CONFERENCE COMMITTEE

Superior Court of NJ, Middlesex County is seeking volunteers to become members of the Old Bridge community volunteer program, the Juvenile Conference Committee. The Juvenile Conference Committee meets in the evening once a month. We would like citizens from the community to sit on this board as a volunteer and help guide the children. They make recommendations to the Judge as to how the complaint should be handled within the community. The goals are to involve community members in the court process and to prevent young offenders from future delinquency.

RENT STABILIZATION BOARD - HOMEOWNER, TENANT AND LANDLORD OPENING

The Township Council of the Township of Old Bridge is seeking resumes of individuals interested in serving on the Rent Stabilization Board. The three (3) openings are for homeowner, tenant and landlord. The Rent Stabilization Board meets once a month on the second Tuesday of the month. The Rent Stabilization Board adjudicates applications from landlords and tenants regarding rental matters.
