FIRST READING ORDINANCE

FR-1 Ordinance authorizing the township to accept streets in Foxborough Village II/Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows Court, Beacon Place -New Section).

DISCUSSION ORDINANCE

DO-1 Amend Ordinance 10-4 (stopping or standing prohibited during certain hours on certain streets) Schedule IV to include Maple Street from the west curb line to State Route 18 south to its westerly terminus on both sides at all hours. (AS)

DO-2 Ordinance fee for Certified Old Bridge Police Department Academy for SLEO 1 in the amount of $100.00. (Monies will be used for reimbursement for instructors and supplies.) (JP)

DO-3 Ordinance amending Section 5-13 of the Code of Old Bridge governing Towing and Wreckers. (RB)

DO-4 Ordinance to establish an emergency action plan in all public buildings in the township.

DO-5 Ordinance to vacate a portion of Steamboat Landing Lane a/k/a/ Dock Road. (JV)

DO-6 Ordinance decreasing the members of Public Parking and Transportation Utility Advisory Committee from nine (9) members to five (5) members. The Committee shall be decreased through the elimination of four (4) Township Council Members. (LR)
