ORDINANCES FOR SECOND READING

ORD. #28-02 Authorizing fee for Certified Old Bridge Police Department Academy for SLEO 1 (Special Law Enforcement Officer 1 Academy) in the amount of $100.00. (Monies will be used for reimbursement for instructors and supplies.)

ORD. #29-02 Amend Ordinance 10-4 (Stopping or standing prohibited during certain hours on certain streets.) Schedule IV to include Maple Street from the west curb line of State Route 18 south to its westerly terminus on both sides at all hours.

ORD. #30-02 Ordinance decreasing the members of Public Parking & Transportation Utility Advisory Committee from nine (9) members to seven (7) members. The committee shall be decreased through elimination of two (2) members appointed by the Township Council.

ORD. #31-02 Ordinance authorizing Tax Abatement for Block 3234 Lots 4.026 and 4.028 Metro Park South Project in Parkway Abatement Zone.

ORD. #32-02 Vacation of surplus portion of Disbrow Road.

D-3 Study - Traffic Calming Devices - to study the following streets by Traffic Engineer to determine the best possible devises to use: Inverness Dr., Valley Vale Dr., Ticetown Rd., Morganville Rd., Route 516 Town Centre District and Alpha Ave. (KC)

D-4 To do a draft resolution supporting the use of the words "Under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance. (KC)

D-5 Old Bridge Township Land Development Ordinance (ET)

D-6 Bus Shelter Contract to include: (1) Identification of locations where bus shelters have been installed or will be installed pursuant to the contractual agreement with the township. (2) Assessment of the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the new shelters. (3) Identification of locations where larger shelters would be more appropriate due to a high volume of commuter traffic. (RG)
