C-20 Resolution - Pabco, the sole bidder for biodegradable leaf bags is not required to obtain a Performance Bond on their $33,900.00 contract. (They have supplied the Township with bags for the past several years.)

C-21 Resolution - Disappointment in the Extraordinary Aid given to Old Bridge Township in the amount of $100,000.00.
