CONSENT AGENDA

C-1 To cancel real estate taxes on Township owned property Block No. 02150, Lot 4.12 in the amount of $19.12 and Block 13000, Lot 28 in the amount of $86.32 for a total of $105.44 (KS)

C-2 To cancel real estate taxes on four (4) previously exempted 100% Disabled Veterans (balance of 2004 billing) in the total amount of $7,288.25. (KS)

C-3 To cancel real estate taxes for Thomas DiOrio, 25 Berkshire Rd. Block 18046, Lot 25, a 100% Disabled Veteran. Also to refund the balances paid since the date of qualification for a total amount of $3,699.27. (KS)

C-4 Cancellation and refund of real estate taxes for three 100% Disabled Veterans for 2002, 2003, 2004 billing. (Cancellation amount $13,084.40 Refund amount $6,200.92). (KS)

C-5 Temporary Budget Appropriation for Fiscal Year 2004 – Current Budget in the amount of $3,281,360.00 Arena Utility in the amount of $102,500.00 for a total of $3,383,860.00 (HS)

C-6 Extension of current purchase order in the amount of $20,000.00 to Thomas Norman, Esq., for litigation services re: Old Bridge Planning Board vs. Brunetti Organization. (CERT. # ) (AFFIRM. ACT.) (SR)

C-7 Resolution authorizing award of professional services contract to CME Associates in the amount of $10,000.00 for preparation of plans and specs for corrective work in Yardley Manor funded by developer’s Escrow Account. (CERT. # ) (AFFIRM. ACT.) (JV)

C-8 Resolution accepting 15 acres from Woodhaven for a future elementary school, community center and public library branch (Block 22000, Lot 37) (JC)

C-9 Resolution accepting 200 acres from Woodhaven for the Township and authorizing placement of same on the Township Open Space Inventory (Block 22001, Lot 4.12) (JC)

C-10 Resolution confirming sale of Township properties. (JC)

C-12 Rescind Resolution #243-04 Authorizing Inter-Local Service Agreement with Middlesex County for participation in a Cooperative Pricing System for Energy Aggregation (State is requiring different wording in resolution). (JC)

LL-1 Issuance of New Plenary Retail Distribution License – John Bone in addition to Bid Resolution, State A.B.C. requires adoption of this resolution authorizing a new license to be issued. (RMS)
