C-2 Permission for Classic Knight’s Car Club to hold a car show on Sunday, July 18th, 2004 from 10am – 4pm (Rain date Sunday, July 25, 2004) at the Municipal Parking Lot. (Monies raised will be donated to the D.A.R.E. Program and the Alliance).

C-3 Permission to hold Family Day/Anniversary Celebration Raritan Bay Medical Center (Old Bridge Division) on Saturday, June 12, 2004 between 11am – 3pm; 7pm – 11 pm.

C-4 Permission to extend the noise ordinance from 10 pm to 1am due to a Wedding Reception being held at 287 Gordon Road on Saturday, August 28, 2004 between the hours of 5 pm – 1am.

C-5 Resolution amending Resolution #577-03 Settlement of Sommer vs.Township of Old Bridge to amend amount of settlement from $10,000.00 to $25,000.00; removing condition from previous resolution (Resolution requires adopting of a Capital Funding Ordinance and three (3) adopting by reference the actual forms of the agreement).

C-6 NJDOT Route 35 Section 4 Rehabilitation Project - Resolution supporting project of widening improved drainage and replacement of an existing culvert. (JV)
