ORD. #14-04 Ordinance amending LDO Ordinance – Chapter 7, Section 7-3(G)(3) “General Zone Bulk Requirements” “Permitted
Signs In Office District” of the Land Development Ordinance of the Land Development Ordinance of the Township of Old Bridge.

DISCUSSION ORDINANCE

DO-1 Ordinance making the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 with various traffic regulations applicable to Jake Brown Plaza and regulating the use of said roadways, streets, driveway and parking lots by motor vehicles. (JC)

DO-2 Amendments and Change – Ordinance-Department of Code Enforcement, Uniform Construction Code. (AT) (JV)

DO-3 An ordinance authorizing the sale of certain property owned by the Township of Old Bridge no longer needed for public use and setting the terms and conditions of such sale.

DO-4 An ordinance amending fee for athletic field rental by adding a new fee for sanctioned Old Bridge Township Senior Citizen (60 years and older) Leagues. Fee would be $10.00 per game ($5.00 game reduction). (TB)
