There shall be nine members appointed by the Mayor on January 1 of each year for a one year term.  This committee consists of three homeowners, three tenants, and three landlords owning apartment rental property within the Township of Old Bridge.  Each homeowner shall reside within the Township.  This Committee determines the amount of a fair rental increase and recommends to Council the amount of percentage increase in rent for the twelve-month period, commencing on June 1 of each year.  The determination of the Committee shall be advisory and not binding upon the Council.
