2. Bills Outstanding

3. ERI
Blanche Hoffman has arranged with Ellen Ritchie to set up a meeting with Township staff to start working on the details of updating the ERI. Blanche reported that the ANJEC 2007 Planning Grants Application for NJ Municipalities and Counties deadline for March 30, 2007 will not be able to be met. 4. Open Space - Galante Application Blanche Hoffman presented correspondence from Greg Remaud, preservation director, NY/NJ Baykeeper to Mayor Phillips expressing the Baykeepers interest in initiating the purchase and preservation of the Angela Drive property. Discussion on this initiative was pursued between Mayor Phillips and the Environmental Commission. The OBEC will respond to Mr. Remaud in lending support to his organization's initiative to continue to actively preserve and protect New Jersey sensitive lands. Copy to be sent to Mayor Phillips. 5. Global Progress Report In George Millett's absence, this item will be moved to the March OBEC meeting. 6. Route 9/Cindy Street Clean-up (Jughandle) Debbie DePew reported she had contacted Jim Cleary and addressed the situation by letter to the State. Samuel Thompson will follow with a letter to the State as well. 7. Greg Remaud - Award Recommendation Blanche Hoffman will submit Mr. Remaud for the EPA Quality Award - deadline is February 14, 2007. Proclamation to honor Mr. Remaud will be put on agenda for the OBEC meeting. 8. Planning and Zoning 01-07P - AB Dauman Industries After Debbie DePew recapped the recycling operation intended for this property, the OBEC will write to the Planning Board outlying the Commission's opposition for approval of the application. Letter to Mr. John Osolin, project manager of the EPA, will be sent voicing the OBEC concerns, since the property is on a Superfund site and would negatively impact the Old Bridge aquifer that underlies this property. The OBEC wants to be kept informed as decisions are made. 102-06P - Michael Trucking Planning Board postponed hearing until April meeting. 44-06Z - Allstar Car Wash OBEC July 12, 2006 comments sent to the Planning Board regarding this application will be forwarded to Zoning, stating comments remain unchanged. 95-06Z - Michael Stasi Moved item to March 7 OBEC meeting. 9:50 p.m. - Motion to adjourn the meeting moved by Perry Simone, seconded by Owen Henry, all in favor.
