Gerard Sherry - Township Resident 1 . Approval of November 7, 2007 Minutes Motion to approve the minutes as presented moved by Blanche Hoffman, seconded by Perry Simone, all in favor 2. Bills Outstanding No bills to date. 3. Adoption of 2008 Calendar Motion to approve calendar of schedule meetings for 2008 made by Blanche Hoffman, seconded by Perry Simone, all in favor. January 9, 2008, February 6, 2008, March 5, 2008, April 9, 2008, May 7, 2008, June 4, 2008, July 2, 2008, Sept. 3, 2008, Oct. 1, 2008, Nov. 5, 2008, Dec. 3, 2008. 4. Cross Trail Blanche Hoffman and Wayne Farmer attended the Open Space Committee Meeting where they presented the Cross Trail proposal. There still needs substantial planning with specific lots and blocks. Suggestion to start with connection between the high school and civic center. 5. ERI Wayne Farmer presented the OBEC proposal for topics to be included in a new ERI for Old Bridge Township. Discussion ensued that the ERI should be made available on the Internet. With the Township having maps indicating utilities, highways, lots and blocks, this data should be layered over the interactive maps. A memo will be sent to Mayor Phillips indicating that the OBEC needs support from the Township to implement this proposal and, since there are matching grants through ANJEC, this should be considered. The OBEC will extend an invitation to Mayor Phillips to attend the February meeting to hold further discussions. 6. Planning and Zoning 70-07Z - Waters Edge at Laurence Harbor
