b. Williams Transco project approved by Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Construction of compressor station to start Jan. 2007 - Pipeline construction begins March 2007.
c. Ordinance 28-2006 amending Land Development Ordinance regarding tree removal referred to Town Council.
d. Alfieri applying to NJDEP for stream encroachment permit for Block 2150, Lots 4.11 and 6.13 to approve flood plain delineation of Whale Creek and construction of stormwater outfall in delineated flood plain.
