1. Approval of June 7, 2006 Minutes
Motion to approve the minutes as presented made by Blanche Hoffman, seconded by Raquel Khodash. All in favor with Perry Simone abstaining.
2. Bills Outstanding
No bills to date. 3. CME Requesting Environmental Conditions on Block 5001, Portion of Lot 4.15
Blanche Hoffman will meet with Sam Rizzo to request additional information, and will report back to the OBEC.
4. Environmental Resource Inventory
Wayne Farmer reported he spoke with Tom Sommers and confirmed tax maps, zoning maps, topography aerial photos are available in the Township. Wayne will pursue with Township personnel what information is available on GIS.
Mark Khodash will start putting together a list of layers for the ERI.
5. Planning and Zoning
109-05P - Petroleum Distributors
The OBEC will comment to the Planning Board that some concerns the Commission has is the impact on the residents in terms of the visual buffering and added noise. From the plans presented, the Commission could not determine the height of the existing tree line in the rear. The potential for oil spills and pollution into Deep Run should be addressed as well.
44-06P - All Star Car Wash
The OBEC will comment to the Planning Board that the overuse of the property will create stacking and idling of vehicles, which will create pollution problems. Additional heavy traffic can cause an emergency situation between Cheesequake School, Cheesequake Fire Department, as well as the Rescue Squad. The OBEC will recommend the denial of the proposed additions.
46-06Z - American Tire and Auto Care
The OBEC has no comments at this time.
