Meeting Minutes
April 3, 2006
In attendance:
John Grossmann, Priscilla Grossmann, Isaac Crosson, Martha Gesimondo
Due to the lack of a quorum, no official business was held. An informal discussion was held in reference to an affair to be conducted with the Mayor's office. The name of the affair will be the Spanish Community Greets the Mayor and Officials. The date is set for May 20, 2006 at the George Bush Center. Heading the committee for this event will be Martha Gesimondo. Media event coordinator is Isaac Crosson. Events assistance will be furnished by any Human Relations Commission member available on that date.
Official vote for expenditures for this event will be on May 1, 2006.
