This Commission consists of twelve members serving terms of three years. Nine of these Commissioners shall be appointed by the Mayor and three shall be appointed by Council. There will be two Associate members serving one year terms. The Associate members shall be students of the Township high school. The purpose of this Commission shall be to foster goodwill, cooperation and conciliation among the diverse population of the Township. It shall further aid in the elimination of all types of discrimination, to the end that bias acts will be non-existent within our borders.
