APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Minutes were approved for the March meeting.

ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED

Kevin Calogera brought up the subject of whether it was necessary to have special police officers at the Skatepark when it was open. Lisa had contacted the insurance company and their rules have relaxed. It is no longer necessary to have special officers at the Skatepark when it is open. She is waiting to get this in writing from the insurance company. Some thought it would be a good idea to run it by the Township lawyer also.

Kevin Calogera asked if all leagues were in compliance with the Code of Conduct. Bob Pepe suggested that a standard form be utilized by all leagues in documenting any occurrences or warnings that need to be kept on file in case of re-occurrence. This way all leagues would be in compliance using the same forms. Lisa agreed to make up a form and email it to all the leagues. It was mentioned that all Code of Conduct signs have been posted at all fields.
