Early Dismissal
Early dismissal (long afternoons due to half day school) are included in your tuition if it is your child's normally scheduled day. Emergency services are not available on early dismissal days. Program Changes
Program changes can't be made during the month. All program changes will happen at the time you sign up for your next month of before or after care.

Discounts
A discount is extended for second and third children in the family.
Late Pick Up
A parent will be considered late if they fail to pick up their child by 6 p.m.
A child's service will terminate if the child is picked up late on five occasions in one school year regardless of the reason. A warning will be issued to the parents' by the Director after the third late pick up. It is the parents' responsibility to ensure that someone is available to pick up the child on time.
It should be noted: If a parent fails to pick up the child by 7 p.m., we will contact the local police department and report your child abandoned. We will also contact the Division of Youth and Family Services to seek assistance in caring for your child.
Withdrawal from the Program
If you sign up for a program and your child doesn't attend at all, you will be eligible for a refund. If your child attends just one (1) day you will not be refunded any tuition fees. You must submit a letter to our main office requesting a refund if your child doesn't attend any days:

E-Checks- If an E-Check is returned to us, there is a $20 check processing fee and, from that point forward, you will be required to use your credit card to pay for all tuition fees.
Emergency Closing
In the event school is dismissed due to emergency, the after school program will be canceled. You child will be sent directly home from school and you will have to make alternate plans for supervision. This will include a 1:15 or 3:15 p.m. emergency closing. On delayed openings, the before school program will be canceled.
Return Receipt
Parents who need monthly receipts should send a self-addressed stamped envelope to our office. You may also print out your own receipt from the online registration system.
