| DOG LICENSE Any person owning a dog must obtain a license and registration annually for their pet, which is renewable each JANUARY. It is required that proof of rabies vaccination must be provided for a license to be issued. The rabies certificate must show an expiration date after October 31st of the current year in order to be valid. If your pet has been spayed or neutered, a certificate from the veterinarian should be included.
