1. Not allowed in any easements.
2. Corner lots all have 2 front yards.
3. Reference appendix "E" for the applicable front setback in that zone.
4. Maximum height of any accessory structure in all zones is 15'.
5. Maximum size in square feet in all zones for accessory stuctures is 600'.
6. Refer all lot coverage questions and floor area ratio questions to the Zoning Officer.
7. Sheds under 150 sq. ft. are allowed to be located 3' from side lot line and 3' from rear lot line in all zones, except when used for housing animals. Not allowed in easements.
8. Sheds over 15 sq. ft. are allowed to be located 10' off side & rear lot line in the R-5 thru R-20 zones and 25' off the rear and 20' off the side lot lines in the R-30 thru R-120 zones.
