The Township Council adopted an Ordinance (No. 12-05) on May 9, 2005 to prevent the indiscriminate, uncontrolled and excessive removal and cutting of trees on lots and tracts within the Township of Old Bridge. As a result, no person shall remove or destroy or cause to be or allow to be removed or destroyed any tree, for whatever purpose, without first obtaining a tree removal permit and complying with the provisions of the Ordinance.
