The Township of Old Bridge obtains price quotes for all the purchases between $3,150 and $21,000; uses State Contract Vendors, and solicits bids for all purchases exceeding $21,000. All purchases by the Township are authorized by the issuance of a purchase order and no orders should be accepted by any vendor without a copy of the signed purchase order.
