Kathleen Silber joined the Township of Old Bridge as Tax Collector in 2001. She graduated Elizabethtown College with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Business. Prior to Old Bridge, Ms. Silber was the Tax Collector for Scotch Plains Township as well as the Borough of New Providence. She is a certified Tax Collector with the State of New Jersey since 1996.
