Thomas H. Collow is the Chief of Police in Old Bridge Township. He has been an Officer with the department since 1978. Chief Collow has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Richard Stockton College and a Masters Degree in Education from Seton Hall University. In addition, Chief Collow is a graduate of both the FBI National Academy and LEEDA Program. |
