Marsha Rosenbaum is the Director of Human Resources for the Township of Old Bridge. She has been employed by Old Bridge Township since 1988 first serving as Administrative Assistant to the Business Administrator for four years and as Director of Human Resources since 1992. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and Psychology from Hunter College, New York, New York. |
