OBMUA contractors, Kiely, will be continuing the Laurence Harbor Water Service Replacement Project beginning on or about Monday, April 22, 2024, weather permitting. Kiely’s crews will begin water main replacement on Greenwood Avenue for the next two weeks. Final pavement restoration will begin in October 2024 to allow the proper settlement period of the trenches and service holes. Click here to see a plan of the roadways effected in Laurence Harbor.
