Cottrell Road Utility Work from Phillips Drive to Spring Hill Road
Utility relocation work associated with the Improvements to Cottrell Road (Middlesex County Route 687) Project between Phillips Drive and Spring Hill Road will begin on or about Monday, May 1, 2023, weather permitting, during the daytime hours (7am to 3pm) for a duration of 3 weeks. Traffic will be opened in both directions using flagmen to alternate traffic along the southbound Cottrell Road segment where the utility work will be taking place.
