New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) contractor, Moderno Construction, will begin the final restoration for the Shoreland Circle Gas Main Replacement Project on Wednesday August 30th, 2023. The work will include milling and resurfacing full width of Beachwood Avenue, Laurence Parkway, Twilight Avenue, Harbor Way, Neptune Place, and a portion of Shoreland Circle. The work is anticipated to take three to four days to complete. Every effort will be made to accommodate the residents and business owners during construction.
