PSE&G is continuing construction of gas infrastructure improvements within Old Bridge Township. Work over the next two weeks will be performed on Spyros Drive, Athens Avenue, Maple Avenue, Everly Street, Venus Road, Paul Place, Bertrand Street, Diane Court, Sparta Court, Homer Road, and Margaret Street, weather permitting. The work includes the installation of a new gas main, transferring existing gas services to the new main and relocating gas meters from interior to exterior on the residential homes. Construction is anticipated to be completed by late summer 2024, weather permitting. PSE&G is responsible for providing notifications to residents as the construction project proceeds. Access will be provided to local residents, emergency vehicles, school buses, mail carrier, deliveries, and trash haulers.
