In accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant regulations, the Township of Old Bridge has prepared its Fiscal Year 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for its Community Development Block Grant Program.  Copies of the draft CAPER will be posted on the Township’s website, https://www.oldbridge.com/projects and paper copies will be available by request for inspection at the Business Administration Office, in the Municipal Building, as well as at the Front Desk within the Old Bridge Public Library, located in the Municipal Complex, One Old Bridge Plaza, Old Bridge, NJ 08857.

The public comment period for the 2025 CAPER will be held from September 10, 2026 through September 25, 2026. Citizen comments on the plan should be submitted to Anahita Feltz, Business Administrator, at Old Bridge Township Municipal Building, same address as above.  Comments may also be submitted via email to businessadmin@oldbridge.com.  All citizen comments submitted on or before 4:30 pm on September 25, 2026 will be considered in preparing the final report. A summary of these comments or views, and a summary of any comments or views not accepted and the reasons therefore, will be attached to the final CAPER.
