TOWNSHIP OF OLD BRIDGE
PLANNING BOARD AGENDA – REMOTE MEETING NOTICE
December 8, 2020 at 7:30 PM
Please be advised of the following procedures that will be in effect for any Township of Old Bridge Planning Board meeting for which the public will only be able to access the meeting remotely. Pursuant to the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-8(b) and recently pronounced regulations pertaining to the conduct of remote public meetings by public bodies, until further Notice, Planning Board meetings will only be accessed by the public by means of the use of electronic communications equipment and broadcast through OBTV and Old Bridge Township YouTube. The Planning Board will take action at these meetings on matters including but not limited to applications and minutes. Agendas, to the extent known, will be published on www.oldbridge.com in advance of the meetings.
The public may also submit written comments regarding agenda matters or general comments to the Planning Board to dborbely@oldbridge.com to be read aloud during the public comment portion of a particular application or for the meeting, in general. Comments must be submitted by 3:00 P.M. the day of the regularly scheduled meeting. Written comments will not be read aloud for any member of the public that submits a written comment in advance of the Planning Board meeting, who then elects to speak during public comment portion of the meeting. Be further advised that both written and spoken comments will be subject to any time limitation established by the Chair for public comment.
