Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Registration open to New Jersey residents 18 years of age and older.

Scheduled appointments through ZocDoc and walk-in appointments will be on a first
come, first served basis. Registration will close when all available appointments have
been filled; there is no wait list.
Individuals must be age 18 and older.

Those who get the first dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at Saint Peter’s must be
available 28 days after the first-dose vaccine to receive the second dose of the Modern
COVID-19 vaccine at Saint Peter’s. The second-dose appointment will be scheduled at
the time of the first-dose appointment.

Individuals who have confirmed appointments for the COVID vaccine at Saint Peter’s
should report to the hospital at 254 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick (enter through the
main hospital entrance off Park Boulevard) at the time of their appointment.
Individuals who are delayed in arriving for their scheduled appointment will have their
appointment forfeited and will have to schedule a new appointment at a future vaccine
clinic.
