The Middlesex County Prosecutor's office will be holding a Seminar on Extreme Risk Protective Orders on February 10, 2022 from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
This statute provides procedures through which family or household members or law enforcement may apply for an Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) against a person who
poses a danger of causing body injury to self or others by possessing a firearm.
