Mayor Walker visited our Silver Linings Senior Center today for their annual winter holiday extravaganza! This festive event featured a cookie exchange, a sing-along, hot cocoa, an ugly sweater contest & a special performance by the sign language class! Everyone had a great time enjoying delicious treats and celebrating the holiday season.

Yesterday, December 17, 2025, Rabbi Yossi Kanelsky from the Center for Jewish Life visited the Mayor’s office to light the Menorah and share stories about Hanukkah. Rabbi Kanelsky has continually supported Old Bridge Township throughout the years, and his graciousness is always appreciated. Happy Hannukah to all those who celebrate.

This wonderful evening concluded with the lighting of the Christmas Tree and Menorah, along with a snowy surprise! We would like to thank our Parks and Recreation and Public Works teams for putting together this magical winter wonderland!

DUE TO THE INCLEMENT WEATHER & BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES, OUR HOLIDAY IN THE PARK EVENT ON DECEMBER 14th HAS BEEN CANCELLED. Instead join us on Tuesday, December 16th at 5pm for our Holiday Celebration at the Civic Center in the Municipal Complex! We will have activities, holiday treats, entertainment, and pictures with Santa. Our Tree and Menorah Lighting Ceremony will follow at 6:30pm. Don't forget to bring a new, unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots!
