Cottrell Road Utility Work from Phillips Drive to Spring Hill Road
On February 14, 2023 Middlesex County has started with utility relocation work associated with the Cottrell Road Culvert Replacement Project. The utility work is anticipated to take approximately 10 weeks to complete, weather permitting. The utility relocation may require alternating traffic for a short duration. There will be police on-site to assist with the traffic control. Expect delays and if possible, use an alternate route.
